Directions

Leaving airport: as you enter roundabout exit ¾ of the way around, north towards downtown. Stay on that road with water off your left through Oranjestad, continue on main road about 9 miles until you reach a large intersection with stop lights (highrise hotels to the left) you’ll see a McDonalds on left and Wendy's on right. Turn right, about 2 blocks until RBC bank. Entrance just past RBC bank on right. Palma Real 78.

Security

Check in at security upon arrival and checkout when returning home. I will send them the names in the party prior to arrival. The magnetic entrance card is hanging in the kitchen. If the guard is not present or able to open gate upon initial arrival just walk to the house to retrieve card. There’s a $75 replacement charge for card.

Please turn off A/C when gone or bedrooms not in use. Enjoy the patio outdoor shower. It saves on watering plants and we don't have to empty holding tank as much. To prevent water damage we turn off water main (pictured below) between long stays. Easy to find. End of driveway, curbside. Please make sure Windows and doors locked when leaving. If you use beach chairs or toys in ocean please rinse off with fresh water before storing inside.

There's a green dumpster located in the corner across from the pool.
